Assisting with the selection of the hotel management company.
Working close with the hotel management company, on the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Defining with the hotel management company the products, outlets of the hotel, preparing a first conceptual master plan and designing a statement. Surveying the local market to identify trends.
Establishing with hotel management company a pro-forma operation budget that takes under consideration the products and outlets of the hotel.
Preparing and supervising the hotel’s pre-opening and operation budget in collaboration with the hotel management company.
*Asset Management services
Interacting with the hotel operator, on behalf of the owner, for the duration of the development and operation of the hotel.
Research and development of new F&B concepts for the hotel owner and operator.
Locating successful F&B concepts and bringing them in hotel or project environment by third parties or organizing trips if needed to locate cutting edge culinary concepts and have them implemented by hotel chefs.
Developing with hotel operator these new F&B concepts for the Hotel or discussing with Third party operator the Terms & Conditions of an outsourced outlet of the hotel.
Assisting hotel operator or Third party to establish a budget and Business Plan
Supervising the implementation of the budget and coordinating re forecasts if needed supervising concept implementation by third party or hotel operator and quality control on the product with site visits several times a year. Site visits are followed by detailed reports.
